But, somehow, defying all odds, Amy found and closed upon the perfect home for me in only 2 weeks! We can impute this, I think, to not just her responsiveness and cognizance of my specifications, but principally to her speed; she beat me to every location--even when I had a head-start!--and when it was time to make an offer, she did so almost immediately upon me asking. The process by its nature is rushed nowadays, but she never rushed me; in fact, she advised against my inclination to settle for certain properties, and was so thorough during the walk-through's that she in one instance insisted that we physically move a cabinet so we could inspect the attic!
