The stories my friends and family told me about searching for homes were unremittingly dire; I heard tales of locating and then losing opportunities to a cash offer all in one day, upwardly spiraling interest rates, appraisal gaps that exceeded the approved range, and (of course) interminable searches that lasted well over a year.
But, somehow, defying all odds, Amy found and closed upon the perfect home for me in only 2 weeks!
We can impute this, I think, to not just her responsiveness and cognizance of my specifications, but principally to her speed; she beat me to every location--even when I had a head-start!--and when it was time to make an offer, she did so almost immediately upon me asking.
The process by its nature is rushed nowadays, but she never rushed me; in fact, she advised against my inclination to settle for certain properties, and was so thorough during the walk-through's that she in one instance insisted that we physically move a cabinet so we could inspect the attic!
Amy is knowledgeable, conscientious, and, yes, fast above all! I have been living in my condo for only about 1.5 years, but it certainly feels like home!
When it comes to courting a pleasant experience from an inherently unpleasant process such as the home search, I would recommend no one else but Amy!
